A 7 week Yin Yoga programme to encourage a consistent practice. Each week the session will build on the previous week’s practice to create some structure around this peaceful, healing practice. Yin is a series of floor-based, passive stretches combined with conscious breathing techniques to deliver a deeply meditative practice. Yin gives us time and space to release tension from the body while calming the mind and settling the nervous system. The practice allows us to surrender into silence to listen to the wisdom of the body.
