A 75 minute journey into the body to turn down the noise in the mind so we can access a place of peace and stillness within. The structure of the classes combine pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, asana (movement in the form of long held, stretches) and savasana (final resting posture).

The practice applies positive intentional stress to our yin tissues (fascia, connective tissue) to encourage a release of tightness, tension and blocked energy.

By using the sensations in the body as an anchor for the mind, the practice delivers a feeling of serenity and clarity in the mind and an openness throughout the body.

The long held stretches encourage us to apply positive stress to our yin tissues (fascia, connective tissue) to encourage a release of tightness, tension and blocked energy. Delivering a feeling of serenity and clarity in the mind and an openness throughout the body.

We use a range of yoga props in the class (bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps, cushions & yoga therapy balls) to support the body and to help relieve stiffness and pain, promote mobility, flexibility and circulation as well as soothing and calming the nervous system.
