2 hours of self care held  held bi-monthly on the first Friday of the month at Yoga Farm – grounding yin yoga with Anna Rimmer to prepare the body and mind for a deeply immersive breathwork session with Jacquelyn McCarthy… with a little bit of yin to bring you back into your body and integrate the practice before resting savasana.
Breathwork is a powerful practice to completely shift energy to help reduce anxiety, improve mental clarity and find emotional release without medication.
