6 week introduction to yin yoga program


6 x 75 min classes over 6 weeks.  This course is structured so we practice different yin yoga postures each week while exploring how the practice benefits the various layers of self.


6 classes over 6 weeks to explore different aspects of self that benefit from yin practice.  This programme has been designed as an exploration of self awareness for self acceptance.  Each week we will practice different yin yoga postures (or shapes) while focusing on our different layers.  This course is suitable for complete beginners or for people wanting to explore the practice more deeply.
