Tuesday morning Yin Yoga


A 75 minute moving meditation practice where we combine conscious breathing techniques with long held postures to calm the mind and release tension from the body.


A 75 minute journey into the body to turn down the noise in the mind so we can access a place of peace and stillness within. The structure of the classes combine pranayama (breathing techniques), with asana (movement in the form of long held stretches) and savasana (final resting posture). The long held stretches encourage us to apply positive stress to our yin tissues (fascia, connective tissue) to encourage a release of tightness, tension and blocked energy. Delivering a feeling of serenity and clarity in the mind and an openness throughout the body.
