About the Practice

Practice and gather

We keep our weekly practice simple — one group class, Monday Morning Yin & Meditation.

While the horses are the heart of everything we do, yin yoga is the anchor. Yoga Farm was built on yin, and it’s the thread running through every group class we offer, whether weekly, monthly, or seasonal.

A Monthly Ritual

Monthly Fire Horse Sessions

2.5 hours / $80

Once a month, during this Year of the Fire Horse, we gather by the fire with the horses close — a monthly ritual that’s become one of the farm’s quiet anchors. After our time with the horses, we move inside by the fire for a restful yin yoga practice, keeping the awareness in the body so the energy can integrate. It’s part ceremony, part community, part simply sitting still with good company. No two sessions are quite the same, but the invitation is constant: come, sit, breathe, be witnessed.

Seasonal

Seasonal Healing Sounds with Yin

1.5 hours / $40

Four times a year, Anna and Josephine mark the turning of the season with sound and stillness — shamanic-inspired healing that resonates throughout a slow and meditative yin practice. These sounds are tribal, and aren’t to be listened to as much as felt — they move through the body, and the body doesn’t need the mind to understand, which is exactly the point. These sessions follow the land’s own rhythm, so each one carries the particular mood of its season.

Monday Mornings

Yin Yoga & Meditation

75 mins / $22

A quiet way to begin the week, before the week begins you — 75 minutes of long-held, floor-based passive stretches to settle in. Leave with a calmer mind, a soothed nervous system, and more comfort in the body. Come as you are and see what you discover in the stillness.
