Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Research suggests that 20 minutes of yoga nidra has the same benefits of 2 hours of sleep (and who doesn’t need more sleep?!).
