Mindful May Meditation with Liz Edge who has been practicing meditation for over 20 years.  Liz focuses on practical, science based, mindful, simple, enjoyable meditation and this will be a wonderful opportunity to introduce new people to meditation, or a community for experienced meditators to join.


Liz Edge from The Contentment Connection will draw on 20 years of meditation experience to introduce you to different styles of meditation.  This will be a wonderful offering to bring meditation to people new to the practice, or to share a new experience of meditation to experienced practitioners.
